Drop in classes available every Tuesday and Wednesday starting September 30th and October 1st from 12:30 - 1pm in the Reflection Room, King Centre. Practice techniques to settle a busy brain, calm emotions, and re-energize your body and mind.

King's Co-ed Rec Ball Hockey


Have Thursday nights available? King's has a recreational co-ed ball hockey team that plays every Thursday evening for the first semester. No skill required!
